Vintage Buco J-100 Leather Jacket Michigan front

Sold on eBay: Vintage Buco J-100 Leather Jacket w/ Stellar Michigan Moto Club Painting

This jacket sold quite a while back, it’s been in my “get to it” pile and I have now found the time to get to it. An excellent vintage Buco J-100 leather jacket with the blue steerhide label and terrific Motorcycle Club painting. Tons of patina and plenty of life left in this piece. It’s a great example of old school leather motorcycle apparel from the Joseph Buegeleisen Co.

From the listing:

“Belonged to “Bob” number 95E. Has Bob on one sleeve and 95E on the other. Marked 95 on the back with a VERY faint E.Unable to read what the name of the club was on the front.Tag says “Buco Garment Quality Steerhide Joseph Buegeleisen Co Detroit” Has all Talon zippers and they are all functioning. Main zipper still has it’s leather pull. Does show signs of age/wear, some scruffs and scratches from use. Unlined and has 2 pocket. Leather is not brittle and flaking but is slightly stiff and definitely needs to be conditioned. Does have that “old” leather smell.”

  1. How funny! I was just using your website as reference to list a Langlitz leather jacket and found this old listing of mine! Gosh…this was like around Christmas of 2013 I think. Hands down my best find ever, hard to imagine it was dug up at a swap meet here in hole the wall Kingman!! Thanks for featuring it!! By the way…great site! Bookmarked for sure :)
