I’m not sure how I missed this – it’s a real rarity. It’s an amazing vintage Harley Davidson Leather jacket (called the “Sportster” jacket) in deadstock condition! It was even auctioned with the original box! Harley Davidson first launched the “Sportster” in the mid 1950’s and started by making them out of horsehide. This one being the white label is most likely from the 1960’s and was made of steerhide. The zippers are made by Conmar, the lining was mint and the size is small – 34/36. With the condition of this jacket, I really can’t believe that it sold for only $560…. To me, this jacket should be worth much, much more. Somebody got themselves a deal.
